Extremely low speeds for several days. Less than 1.0 at times. I know im on standard speeds for the rest of the month but this makes my internet use impossible. How long do I have to deal with this? Ive rebooted several times but that hasnt helped.

I’m sorry about this experience you’re having.
I recall that the last time you posted, we also identified that the cause of your issues was being out of high-speed data: Slow speeds of 1 - #3 by Leo
However, it would help us a lot if you were able to run the advanced Speedchecks that we previously asked for.
You can run these right now while out of high-speed data, to confirm the low speeds, and then we can give you a data boost free of charge, to run the tests again with high-speed data.
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

As you previously had issues with testing, please double-check that you are:
- logged into the Speedcheck website;
- using the Viasat Browser;
- connected to the Viasat network;
- not running the tests from an iPhone.
I don’t have a laptop or an Android phone to use with the test. I have an iphone and an ipad.

Could you try running the tests from the iPad?
Ive been running them from my ipad. I just ran it again and got .3 for download and 0 for an upload. Took me 5 minutes to load this page.
Service is so slow i cant load the viasat browser. Just keeps trying to open. Diagnostic says all is fine except for weather. No weather problems here and this problem has been going on for at least 3 days.
