very slow speed. download 0.9 upload 4.2. several years ago it was horrible and i called, the tech fixed it. now we have use a forum because you are so busy. who can fix this

this must be a big issue elsewhere as it has not changed any at all, well it got worse for little while but still ssslllooow
ok, for a little while this morning right after the lady scheduling a tech for me told me it could be a week before a tech had time, i checked speed and it was 13.5. now it is back down to nearly nothing.
