I am currently experiencing very slow speeds with my service. I have less than 1 (0.6 mbps actually) with an upload speed of over 3.5 mbps. This is crazy - windstream was better than this and they suck! Please help - I work from home and this is crazy, I can not get any work done.

The video streaming or playing reels on FB is almost impossible most days as well. The lag badly or you spend more time restarting the video so you see the beginning 5-6 times before you can watch a 30 sec clip.
