Slow speeds and bad connections

I purchased this service as it seemed to be the best option for my area and it’s seeming to be worse than the previous internet we had. I’m paying $120 a month for it to not even connect to my game systems and if by some miracle it does the speeds are ungodly slow.

I feel your pain - similar problems here. Totally not worth the price they are charging. 90% of the time the performance is comparable to dial-up.

  1. Connectivity on game systems
  2. Speeds are too slow

Is this correct? If so, could you please let us know what game systems you are trying to connect to? Also, please run an advanced speed check and share the results with us. An advanced speed check will show both device speeds and modem speeds, you can find instructions on how to run one here: How to run a speed test from my modem?
