I’m supposed to have 50mbps. I haven’t gotten anywhere close to these speeds. I’m paying for 50mbps. What can be done?

It’s worse during the evening, but slow during the day also

Your speeds seem better today:
It looks like your region is having a bit of rain, so this could influence your signal and speeds for a while.
On the other hand, your modem speeds are always a bit higher than your device speeds.
Do you currently use only the Viasat-provided modem, or do you happen to have an extra Router/Mesh/etc.? Or are your devices connected directly via Ethernet cable?
I have an extra router and everything is ethernet connections
