Speed has been slowed since I used up data in June never went back to high speed . shows using high speed no standard speed. If i am going to stay at standard STOP CHARGING for HIGH SPEED.

I checked your equipment and service and I could not reproduce the bad speeds. This is what I saw at around 1 PM:
Please run a speed test from your modem, as described here: How to run a speed test from my modem? - Slow Speeds - Viasat Support Forum
You’ll need to use the Viasat browser, go to Viasat’s speed check app, log in with your My Viasat credentials, and then run the test.
The idea is to check if there is any Wi-Fi-related issue
