I just got this viasat equipment installed and got the unleashed plan it says i should get a minimum of 25mbps to 150mbps, the fastest i have got so far is like 13.85 DL and 6.94 UL wich is no faster on the DL speed of the other company which was DL 11.2 & UL 1.4, now the UL speed was a little higher at almost 7 when i was getting 1.4, i got this based on your speed as advertised…what can i do…?, these are test based on my cell phone and laptops using WiFi …thank you,

I ran a few tests on your modem and it’s currently receiving good speeds:
Your setup also presents no issues at the moment – this leads us to believe that a Wi-Fi issue might be at play.
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

PS: Keep in mind that the “Unleashed” plan offers “up to 25Mbps - 150Mbps” as per the terms of service.

A few questions that can help us out in identifying your issues:
1- Do you use only the Viasat modem, or an extra Router?
2- Are your devices all connected via Wi-Fi?
3- Are your devices in the same room/floor as the modem/Router, or far away?
4- Do you notice slow speeds throughout the whole day, or at a specific hour?
