PLEASE someone fix my internet. I changed plans because it said faster speed and unlimited data. So far it’s slower than my old program. My speed is less than 10!!! What in the heck?

You are currently suffering from an antenna mispoint. This can cause slow speeds, a degradation of your signal, and a complete downtime of your modem.
You might want to consider attempting a self-repoint, following our guide: Can I repoint my Viasat antenna on my own?
If a self-repoint doesn’t sound viable, then we can request a technician visit to repoint your antenna and improve your experience.
