Slow Speed, Ping is terrible, and it had way to much coffee because the Jitter is thru the roof

I Run a speed test and is showing 6.4mbps my ping is 607ms and Jitter is 96ms please help I have to work from home and is almost impossible

That ping and the jitter are characteristics of geosynchronous satellite internet, so those values are expected, however, we’ll investigate the speeds.

When you get a chance can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
