I have had my service for only a week! My speeds are terrible!!
And some how in a week i have used almost all of my allotted 100G.
I am about to cancel and go back to ATT. It was bad but at least faster.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with Viasat internet. I ran a speed test on your modem from our end and the results look excellent - So I’d like to get some information from you to help determine what’s causing those issues.
First, I need your permission to examine your data usage in order to assist you in figuring out how all that data was consumed and hopefully mitigate that so you don’t experience this issue again.
As for your speed issues, could you answer the following questions so I can figure out why you’re getting bad speeds?
- Were you experiencing slow speeds before you went through your 100GB of data, or only after?
- Are you experiencing slow speeds throughout most of the day, or only at specific times? If the latter, can you provide some timeframes?
- Could you provide a screenshot of your speed test results so we can compare them with our own results? You can check our speed check guide here for instructions on how to do it: How to run a speed test from my modem?

I have no doubt your speed test on your end came back fine. It seems like from all the threads on here that it must be the consumers fault. All of your speed test for every customer is just fine.
I can tell you its not fine. my speed sucks. some how i used 100G of data in 4 days. 2 of those i was not even home. Today i went outside to hook back up my ATT service to cancel my Viasat and find that your technician who installed the service cut my ATT cable. This is not good!! Someone needs to call me to fix this situation!!
I want a technician to come out and remove your equipment and fix the cable they cut to my ATT service.

IF the service is not cancelled and equipment removed as soon as possible i will be contacting the Better business bureau and the FCC. your service is terrible and i was lied to by the person i spoke with to set up my service.
