Once again I am experienceing slow speeds at the beginning of my new month. I never even use half of what I pay for and always around a couple of days before my renewal date and a couple of days after the internet gets slowed down. Quit prioritizing my service Viasat! I need my internet for work.

That is very odd. Question: what speeds are you seeing when you say it is slow? Do you have a speedtest result or do your applications just feel slow?
I believe your bad experience but I want to mention that I just ran a speedtest from your modem and am seeing good speeds:
We should be able to get to the bottom of this.
