Hi @harris.tami.1962 I just ran a speed test from your modem and the speeds look good (see below).

You can use to run a complete speed diagnosis (from your device AND modem), please note that you will need to be on the Viasat Browser and logged in with your My Viasat credentials. You can find a detailed set of instructions here - How to run a speed test from my modem?
