Slow speed and data usage

After the first week all my high speed data is used up. I do not stream on my tvs (for this reason). I only use a phone and iPad for wifi. I work full time so it’s not being used constantly. For the price of your service; I essentially only get a week’s worth out of it. If DSL internet were available in my area; I would choose them, but because satellite internet is my only option; I have no choice.
