Slow speed again!

The speed is terrible. I can’t work from home with zoom meetings constantly being dropped for slow speeds. Help

Just for clarity, do you get slow speeds throughout the whole day on average? Or is it on specific hours? Also, is this a long-term issue or a recent problem?

We have detected severe faults in the connection between your modem and the TRIA.
I see that this has caused over 130 drops in connection just this week, which is highly abnormal.

A service call is strongly suggested for a hardware issue like this – and as you have the add-on “Easy Care”, this will be free of charge.
