Lately, within the last 2 weeks our internet has been going from SLOW, SLOW, SLOW to NO INTERNET at all. This happens on various computers or laptops, printers, etc at our home. Also, the tv apps will freeze intermittently then come back to life again. We’ve tried connecting the devices with wireless capability and/or ethernet capability and the same thing happens. When we do happen to get a signal, it lasts for a short time then goes back to no internet again. This happens numerous times during the day. We just ran a speed test via our Viasat account and the results were 18.7 mpbs download and 10.12 mpbs upload (the test was done twice). Very poor results. Something is definitely wrong. We are frustrated beyond belief. Please help.
Sadly like many of us, This is as good as it got with them, Worked great for awhile, And than boom, Got worse and worse, many phone calls later and still never got it resolved, Ended up getting rid of them and moved myself and my family to Starlink, Which has had no issues!

But to rule out any other issues:
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
I didn’t find any results on your account, so it’s possible you’re not logged in or running the tests from an iPhone, or without the Viasat browser, etc.
