Slow internet after 60gb data used

we have had this service since 2016 didnt have a bit of trouble till the Liberty pass data package was done away with .now internet is slow

Since you were out of high-speed data, we added more data to your account, free of charge. You might see this value in your bill, but rest assured that a credit of an equal amount was applied, meaning you won’t have to pay anything other than your usual bill.

Can you run a new speed check, preferably at the same period of time you ran the last one, to check if the speeds have improved?

Glad to know that helped, please also test during the same time you tested before to ensure that the lack of high-speed data was the issue.

Also, I’ve noticed that a huge part of your high-speed data was used on the first day of your billing cycle, if you give us your consent we can take a look to check if there are any abnormalities in your usage.

no need to check the usage i know what it was . i had an update to my gaming console that day. when we had the liberty pass package little updates were no problem and would do them overnight most of the time , now we have do them when we have the data available but here is the latest speed check. thanks
