Constantly having issues with lag, every time I call it’ll resolve itself for an hour or so, but it’s very frustrating feeling like I need to call every day.

We have great weather today, but any hint of potential bad weather and I can lose it for hours

Can you give me more details?

1 - Do you have any website/app that you use in which the experience is specifically bad?
2 - Do you experience bad speeds on specific times of the day or all day long?
3 - You mentioned bad weather, does your internet connection quality decreases a lot on bad weather?
