Slow at 5 mps in early morning

Today is the last day of my billing cycle and I have 30 GB to use! I have done the restart and general trouble shooting. Nothing seems off EXCEPT when I do the viasat browers speedtest it says it can’t detect a viasat modem. However I AM using a viasat modem and no vpn.

Can y’all reset/renter/restart me on your end? Thanks!

I’ve rebooted your modem, so it’ll be offline for about 10 minutes.

When it comes back up, please try to run another test again on Speed Check.
