Sent back equipment on July 27 2024

I sent back equipment on July 27, 2024 We are now getting emails that we will be charged if we don’t have the equipment returned.
That is over 30 days for the equipment to be received.

They will be able to help you with this Billing issue. If you have the receipt of the shipment sent, or its tracking number, they can find it on the transport system.
