This is ridiculous once again 0.52 Mbps download and 8.83Mbps upload how is that even possible??? I am so sick and tired of paying all this money for useless internet that never works!!! This is an absolute joke!!!

When did you first notice the speeds slowing down this time? It seems your modem is having a few offline events due to bad weather, and it hasn’t been online 100% over the last 6 hours, indicating there is likely an outage around you.
Have you run any new advanced speedchecks today, to check if the issue persists?
It is always slow I have never gotten 25 mbps download whish is supposed to be the minimum 25 to 100 mbps I am consistently less than 10 and usually below 5. And for the 10th time the "offline events are me restarting the modem in an effort to be able to stream 1 show on 1 device without buffering every 2 minutes

From what I can see, your issues stem from a combination of congestion in the network and some Wi-Fi degradation of the signal, as seen below:
Getting a new router could somewhat improve your service, but it is possible it still won’t reach 25Mbps at times because of the heavy congestion in your area. I understand how frustrating this is and I’d like to assure you that our engineers have been hard at work to improve the issues with congestion on the network.
