Reset modem and a phone call every morning

Wondering why since a phone call on wednesday, in which was about an issue regarding password setup, was told to reset modem, and ever since then it works fine after work, but when i wake up in the morning im connected-withouth internet. have to unplug several times, call viasat a couple times to get it reset, abd they are pretty adament about sending a technician yet after i go through these steps every morning, it just connects fine after a few minutes, and works great and throughout the day…until the following morning, where it once again restarts from step 1.

According to our analysis, the offline periods for the modem might have been caused by weather issues, and from what I can see the modem has not been offline for the last 2 days. Is this consistent with what you’re experiencing on your side? Please let me know if the issue has persisted in any way.

hey Leo im still having difficulty from time to time. What would cause my device to say - connected but no internet- and at the same time MyViasat page says, -everything in your network looks good-. This an issue with the router? its built in as one, and it works, most of the time, and my primary outage isnaround same time at night

having same issue once again. states improper dish alignment but everything is tight and marks are aligned…insist on a technician for a date and time im sure will not fot my schedule due to work hours. why does it say dish alignment (said same thing last time that was weather later) just told no eatimated time frame…but my dish hasnt moved and didnt move or get seen by a tech last time and worked fine until today

I’ll escalate your issue to the relevant personnel, but in the meantime, could you kindly turn your router off, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on?

had it unplugged for a few hours today. Just plugged in same issue. can you share my aziruth location to ensure my satellite is correct? but it is on a pole cemented into the ground, not around anything that could hit it

was told yesterday 25th be earkiest and if sooner they would call…only issue is when im home and inside i dont recieve calls because cell service is spotty and well my internet doesnt work. so not sure how itnwil work. hoping forna fix asap since i cant get a hold of my son or my mother ifnthere is an emergency and being as she sometimes needs help she cant get a hold of me either.
