I cancelled my service a month ago and still have NOT received a box to return the Tria and modem.

Your effective disconnect date is today (08/08/24), so the box should arrive in approx 7 business days.
Once your account is disconnected, you have 30 calendar days to return your leased equipment to Viasat.
As this is not a technical issue, you can get in touch with Customer Care for further explanation and also to check the status of your box at 855-463-9333.
