Continuing the discussion from High Data Users. New 500gb plan:

@RealJohnGault, I am creating a separate topic, regarding that comment on the “reply by email” feature, just to give visibility on that – since other customers might have similar doubts.

We are now adding the following note in our emails: “Please be aware that replying to this email will create a public post on the above-mentioned Viasat Forum topic”

Removing that feature completely was not possible, since many of the forum users like to use it.
