Really poor service

Cant even play one movie 6.5 mbps and i pay alot of money for this

I’m sorry about your experience.

I noticed that you’ve already performed a complete diagnosis on Speed Check. The results suggest a WiFi issue, as the device speed is significantly lower than the modem speed. Were you using a separate router for the tests?

Currently, I see excellent speeds on your modem. Do you notice if the speeds are lower at certain times of the day?

No lately it’s been on going but I do have my own router I xan try to see if that makes a difference

Please go ahead with that. If the device speeds are still lower than the modem speeds, could you connect your device directly to the modem via an Ethernet cable to run a test?
