Poor service response

Do to issues with tree foilage I have asked that a service tech be sent to my home to move the location of the dish. I have had 3 appointments all cancelled after the 3 hour time window had expired. I have trying to get someone here since early September. I also pay the extra A$9.99 for easy care service. Anyone else have issues?
