Ran the speed test didnt turn out will says to try closer to the modem but im sitting about a foot from it
I’ve had a look at your test results and it looks like you have a Wi-Fi signal issue, if your distance is not far between modem and device.
I remember that last time we spoke (Really poor service), you mentioned you were getting a new Router to help with this Wi-Fi problem. Were you able to acquire one?

I think the issue is the vasatt box I have to different routers I have plugged in and have tryed them and it still say the same thing

thanks for letting us know. Could you post the models of the routers you’ve tried here?
Please try running one or two tests using each of the external routers you have and let us know which tests were run using which router. If you have other ethernet cables, please also try swapping the cable linking your modem and router as well.
We’re seeing a discrepancy between your modem and your device speeds and we want to investigate what is causing that.

Well when I use jist they viasat routers it say the same thing when I hard wire with eter cord to my router archer c54 it say the same thing

Is it possible for you to use the archer router but use another ethernet cable to hook it up to the Viasat modem? If you’re able to do this, please run a test and let us know.
