Everytime i test my speed and call for help you jump me thru the hoops until I give up. I’m tired of paying for 100 mbps and getting 5. My cell hot spot is always at least twice as fast. If I stay with it long enough I’m told there is an outage in my area and your working on it. Is this the best you guys can do? I really would like to know!
