Please help - no internet sometimes!

Hello,

I can connect to the internet sometimes but other times I have issues - it was offline for 2 hours at one point today. Really frustrating!!

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Cat

When the Internet is down, do you see any lights on the modem? For instance, if you have the Viasat Wireless Gateway, which of the lights below do you see if any when it is offline?

Yes I am still experiencing the issue - it is solid red when it’s offline
