my speeds continually are 5mbps or lower with speeds frequently under 1mbps. I recently switched to the “unlimited” plan hoping my speeds would go back to being around 20mbps as they were when I first got Viasat 2 years ago. Nope speeds still consistently so slow they are unusable. I am looking into Starlink as I have heard much better things about their speeds. If Viasat can’t maintain consistent speeds above 10mbps I will be making the switch in the next week. I pay way too much for this service to continually have speeds so slow I can’t even check emails. I am an online student and this slow service is effecting my ability to do my school work. its UNACCEPTABLE.
