In all the years I’ve had Viasat maybe a handful of times have I ever had the minimum speed we pay for. It averages about 12 out of the 25. Customer Service is lacking and their technician strong arms you for gas money on top of what you’re already gouged. Viasat is garbage.

I ran a test on your modem, and it seems to be receiving great speeds right now, since your plan offers up to 30 Mbps.
If you are having a bad experience, it could be possible that your device is getting slower speeds than your modem. When you get a chance can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
