For the last 2 weeks I’ve only been able to run one website at a time. Speed tests appear OK most of the time, not at end of data, and have rebooted system multiple times. Problem persists. Hard to run a business with only one webpage open at a time.

Hi @edor16, I ran a speed test from your modem and I am seeing very good speeds (see below).
I have 2 questions:
- Could you please provide some more details about what you mean when you say: “I’ve only been able to run one website at a time”?
- Are you seeing similar speeds to the ones on the screenshot I sent above? Could you please run a full diagnosis on Viasat Speed Check and share the results with us? Here are some instructions to run the test - How to run a speed test from my modem?

I rarely get those numbers. Just before I submitted the issue, I had my typical 148.9 & 5.11. Upload is always around 5, download is a little slow.
I can open multiple sites, but I end up closing them to work in just one site. Pages won’t load and then I get errors if I have more than one site open at a time. In the past I could run 5-6 sites at a time and hop back and forth as needed. I am the only user during the day, with a cell phone using the wi-fi, and my computer hard wired to the router.
I have rebooted the system multiple times, but it’s not helping.

It would still be useful to see your full diagnosis Speed Check results, since that could let us compare the difference between your “Speed from the device” and your “Speed from the modem” - See this example of the results of a full diagnosis below:
