On May 30 my slow speed issue started

Last month I updated To a new plan my internet ran great until May 30,2024 from that date my internet has been so slow now it’s running at 6.1 download speed and 7.3 upload speed. I don’t know what’s going on with this. A repairman came out today and exchanged the modem and the L&G it worked a little better but now back at the the same slow speed. I just want to know is VIASAT dropping the speed on the internet I have been with them for three years I never had issues like this.
I am not under contract and I will travel to another provider I don’t like throwing my money away like this.

Are you experiencing low speeds on a certain time of the day?

When you get a chance can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
