Now that I have Viasat Unleashed, do I still need data saver?

I just switched to the unlimited plan and I need to disable data saver. Even the simplest videos are buffering.

When you change plans the Data Saver on your account gets automatically disabled. Could you please run a fast.com test and share a screenshot of the results with us? That will help us understand what kind of video streaming speeds you are getting.

With these video streaming speeds you shouldn’t have buffering issues. Could you please try streaming a video again?

If you encounter a buffering issue at a different time during the day, please run a fast.com test so that we can compare in accordance to the time of day (there tends to be more usage across the network in the evening hours) so the speeds might vary.

Also, it looks like the service has been restored (maybe you didn’t really experience any offline events, sometimes network impairments don’t affect all users in a service area):
