Not satisfied at all

No internet connection at all. Reset many times. Still no connection. Getting annoyed with this service.

Sorry about this experience. I do see that your modem is currently offline, although I can’t exactly tell what the root cause is.

Can you please check if the coaxial cable that comes from the antenna into the modem is properly connected and tightened? Also, what is the LED light color on your modem?
