There can be multiple factors affecting your speeds, and we cannot fully assess the issue if you do not provide us with that information.

For instance, I just run some speed tests, and from my tools, I am seeing good speeds:

I know probably that is not the speed you are always seeing, that’s why we are asking you to run that test locally. Those results will be very helpful in troubleshooting the issue.
