No update data on bill cycle date

Viasat Internet did not update data on bill cycle date. Why?

I found your account based on the email you used here in the forum, and from what I could see your data usage was reset yesterday (8 September).

Yesterday you used around 3.8GB, and now your total usage is around 6.5 GB.

Are you seeing different values in the My Viasat app?
