No signal on modem or dish

I had good signal and upgraded to the unleashed plan it went out and never come back on I ran a test and even called and no technician has got back

I’ve noticed that your modem has been offline for some time. Could you please verify if it is properly powered? If it is, please let me know so that I can arrange a technician visit for you.
