No service unit blinking white

I have had NO Viasat service for over a week. A technician was a no show on March 13, 2024 and when I called customer service, the person could barely speak English and said there was an outage and they couldn’t do anything and to call back in three or 4 days to set up a new appointment, Are u kidding me??? Now I am paying for a week of service I do not have. No internet, no streaming. I want a technician here now with new box. My blinking white. I just got a new one a few months ago. Get it together Viasat

Thank you for your message. Could you kindly try removing every cable from your modem and then reconnecting them, making sure they are firmly connected? Sometimes this issue is caused by a bad cable connection.

Thank u for responding Leo. I have done that and rebooted. Then called Viasat and had to go thru all the reboot again. She said I needed a technician out. We scheduled one and he was a no show. Called back and was told there was an “outage” and to call back in three days to set up new appointment or they would call me. Still blinking white and hate to call customer service in Mexico as they are no help and it takes forever. If modem doesn’t respond to reboot… they want to sent out technician. All this is an hour to 90 minute call. Very annoying

And I can’t understand their English

After verifying, it seems a technical visit will really be necessary to swap your modem. As we cannot apply for this service here, please call support again for scheduling this call. There they should take the appropriate measures for supporting your problem.
