I have same issue , reported yesterday morning it wasn’t working,was supposed to get a service date,didn’t happen and now told 24 to 48 Hours before I even get a service date,this is totally unacceptable,really not sure I will stick with you if this is how you treat customers,basically will fix at your convenience,it’s a holiday weekend I’ve been down since Friday morning and it looks like I won’t get any thing done before Tuesday,

It seems your modem was rebooted yesterday, and the service is back up:
You also had a network entry at 2:15 PM GMT - 10:15 AM EDT.
Did you happen to notice this connection drop?
