No internet after being in hiberation

This is the first time that we are connecting to our viasat this year from hibernation. We have great signal strength, but no internet. It is flashing white. We have connected and disconnected a hundred times and nothing.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forum team! I see that your modem is still offline right now. As you’ve already mentioned that you tried rebooting it, I’ll escalate this case to our internal Modem team.

I’ve requested a tech visit to understand why your modem has not come back up from the Hibernation cutover.
