New customer to Viasat

Today is our first day with Viasat and our 50 bmps download speed is in the single digits tonight, is this normal.

At this time I am seeing good speeds from your modem:

Could you please run a full diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com and share a screenshot of the results with us? That way we will be able to rule out any Wi-Fi issues. Here are some instructions to run this test - How to run a speed test from my modem?

We need to see the results of the speed test from your modem.

To do that, you need to use the Viasat browser, go to the Viasat speed check website, log in with your My Viasat account and then run the test.

When you have the results please send us the results.

Unfortunately, the only way of checking the speeds from your modem is by using the Viasat browser. You can download it using these links:

As mentioned before, some useful information is only available through that test from your modem.
