Need to relocate dish due to new siding install

(My apologies if this is in the incorrect forum category.)

Hello! Our dish is installed on the side of our garage, and we are going to have new siding installed soon. We need the dish relocated - preferably to the roof. I downloaded the TechTools app to check line of sight from the roof, and things look good from that perspective. I tried to find the MITe app for Android on Google Play, but no luck.

I’m looking for next steps here. I don’t know if we have any field tech service available in our area; it would be great if we did and they provided the service in case there are any problems. If it’s not available, then we would be looking for step-by-step instructions on how to move and repoint the dish.

Thanks for the message. Please get in touch with the customer care line at 855-463-9333, they will be able to schedule a service call so a technician can move the dish you.

Thanks for your reply. I reached out to customer care and was treated most courteously :slightly_smiling_face: and I now have an afternoon appointment for 8/29. I will try to remember to come back and update this thread with my experience.

Service call was to happen today, but sadly the tech is still at another customer location and he is an hour and 45 minutes away from here. My service call has to be rescheduled, which I will be doing shortly.
