My speed seems slower

My speed seems slower than it was when I first got the service. using my phone is a lot slower downloads too. Watching movies requires a lot of buffering and is not worth watching.

You mentioned that the speeds are slower now than when you first got the service. Can you recall when this change happened exactly?

I ran a few tests on your modem, and the speeds seem good for your plan Choice 25 Mbps:

When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser? This advanced test will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

When you run the tests from the Viasat browser, we can see “Speed from your device” and most importantly “Speed from your modem”, which is greatly useful to identify discrepancies in the speeds, such as in this example below:

Lastly, some questions that can help us during the investigation:
1- Do you use only the Viasat modem, or an extra Router?
2- Are your devices all connected via Wi-Fi?
3- Are your devices in the same room/floor as the modem/Router, or far away?
4- Do you experience slow speeds throughout the whole day, or at a specific hour?
