My service has slowed to a crawl

My download speeds have suddenly fallen to 3 Mbps. Rebooting doesn’t help. I can’t do anything until this is fixed.

I just ran a test from your modem and am seeing good speeds (considering that you are in a plan that offers download speeds up to 12 Mbps):

Sometime it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Did you use Viasat Browser for that test? It is necessary to use it and also be logged in for the modem speeds to be shown.


If possible, connect a device directly to your modem via an Ethernet cable to bypass your router. This will help determine if the issue is related to your router or your ISP’s connection.
