My internet is extremely slow. Please help!

Hi. I’m a new Viasat customer, I have it installed a week ago. Sadly, I have been experiencing extremely slow download speeds, pings, and whatever they’re called. Like it is VERY VERY SLOW :frowning: . Initially, my connection could reach around 35 Mbps download, which was barely acceptable. However, upon checking the speed today, I found that it has drastically decreased to just 0.46 Mbps download. I even tried using a LAN cable to see if it works, and it doesn’t.
Not only this drop, but also this speed, is severely affecting my ability to use the internet for daily activities and work. I kindly request that you look into this issue as soon as possible and provide a resolution. Thank you!

In the meantime, are you able to recall if you’ve recently had any bad weather (like heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms etc.)?
