Multiple Install Failures - Static IPs not working
Customer support told us to escalate through this channel. Nobody has been able to resolve our issues over the phone.
This has been ongoing for a week. Engineers, please respond immediately.
Did you successfully enter and save all the Static IP configuration parameters (that Viasat sent to you over email) within your external (non-Viasat) router settings page?
If you have, have you already rebooted your non-Viasat router and Viasat modem?
Could you please send us a screenshot the place in your router settings where you entered the Static IP configuration?
