We became customers the end of May. Money was removed from my account for 1st month bill the beginning of June. Only had services 9-10 days. Had 100 gigs . I specifically asked the person who was assisting in getting me connected “Would I have to worry about not having service or will I have to purchase more gigs during the month?” I explained my son is a Gamer and we have multiple TV’s that are being watched. She said,”No ma’am this is UNLIMITED service “ I asked are you sure because I don’t want any service that I’ll have to purchase gigs or not be able to watch TV due to speed?” She said, “No worries ma’am this is UNLIMITED services…” So I m swindled into getting service with Viasat! I received a signed contract that said thanks for being a customer! It was signed electronically. A few days into service I received a text message stating,”you have used 100% of you Gigs , if you would like to purchase more you can. I was not able to watch TV because of speed. I purchased more gigs and they lasted 3 days and I received that same text message. This is NOT what I was looking for and MOST DEFINITELY NOT what I was expecting being I was lied to saying I wouldn’t have problems with service “IT WAS UNLIMITED!” I asked to void the contract due to being misinformed and misled. I was told I had to pay $15 for each month in the contract which was 24 months . I was also told the individual who helped me start services was NOT and employee of the company. The entire conversation was recorded. I asked for them to review the recording and hear the misleading misinformed information and honor my request. Being I was misinformed, that recording Is ALL the reason to void the contract . I’ve called several time’s trying to STOP service and follow up on my request. I’m put on hold and minutes later someone hangs up . I spent a lot of time trying to get this resolved. I need the company to pick up there equipment . I cannot get on TOP of my home to remove equipment . I want the service disconnected and the contract void! This company is misleading, misinforming, Very costly and provides terrible customer service. All I’m asking for is fairness

No the solution wasn’t resolved in stead I was told I would have to pay the contract off by paying $15 per month x 24 or I could accept the offers they offered for more data less money. I’m so upset with this company. I can’t afford to give them free money. Times are hard and just giving free money because you were misinformed and lied to and convinced into a pre signed contract is not IT! I feel forced to receive services or pay for not having services. I guess this is how it works with this company. You’ll pay no matter what.

Tomorrow noon will be fine . Technician came out Tuesday and said no problems found with equipment.
