My internet was unavailable for a brief period of time. About 5 minutes. Was kicked off line. When it came back up the speeds were good and as of now everything working OK. Frustrating to have lost data that I was inputting at the time. Weather clear here temp 80 degrees.

I think your antenna could be slightly mispointed, which can cause intermittent offline events. Can I arrange a tech visit to adjust that?

Lately it’s doing okay. If I continue to loose internet during fair weather I might contact someone to check the anti. Thanks again for your help with support.
