Thank you Leo! He has been at work for 2 hours. He’s replaced everything from the modem to the dish itself and is unable to get a signal. Figured I’d update you all

Update. Tech left. Blamed the trees and recommended canceling service. Going to see if it’s reasonable to take down the trees he mentioned.

Just curious, is your service worse on windy days, but working on calm days?
