Why don’t you try being honest with your customers once in awhile instead of telling them that it’s on your end that’s why you’re not getting internet I haven’t had internet in a week and that’s what I heard every single time I called lies upon lies upon lies. I thought Comcast was evil you guys take the cake I can’t wait until you burn and the company cease to exist and you know it’s headed that way that’s why you don’t give a crap how you treat your customers.
Sad and true, I am cancelling my service will end tomorrow!, I had issue after issue the last few months and to this day they still never resolved any of my complaints.
I now have starlink and I self installed it, And it is a thousand times better, One fee of 120"No price increase like they plan to do this coming month with viasat"
I was amused when I called to cancel I was on hold for almost a hour cause of a Que of people calling in to cancel their service with viasat!

It seems there was an inherent problem with the beam that should’ve been fixed on the 29th, but just in case we went ahead and reconfigured your service so it should be working better now, and this should take effect in roughly an hour.
Could you let me know if you’re still facing issues then?
